Non-United States students and employers are eligible to use the services and information provided by this web site. Students are welcome to upload résumés, view career related course syllabi, read articles, and browse the career library links. Employers interested in hiring students from member universities can list jobs free of charge, search résumés, and browse information about the career centered services. Students and employers need to register to use the services.

The content on ICC is maintained by Professor C. Randall Powell, the Career Service Director at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business for 40 years and who is currently Clinical Professor Emeritus at Indiana University.

The software used on the web site was created for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and the site is hosted by a nonprofit association, DirectEmployers. The Executive Director is Mr. Bill Warren.
